Fully engage in your training program! In addition to your traditional sessions you'll gain access to Kristen's online coaching service. Here you will receive additional workouts and assignments to help reach your goals even faster. The extra structure and staying connected with your trainer helps improve results by giving daily direction and accountability.

Get workouts tailored to your needs and designed by a trainer that has assessed your ability and knows your goals. We'll meet online or in person for your initial assessment. Then you'll access your customized program via an app. Kristen will regularly check your progress and will get notified when you complete assigned workouts, habits, and/or log nutrition. If you skip workouts Kristen will reach out, help you overcome set backs, and hold you accountable.

Best for those who already workout consistently and looking to add variety! Outdoor, gym, or online sessions available after initial assessment.
