Each client follows a highly individualized program to help them attain and maintain their desired outcome.

Move For Happiness offers in-person and online training so you never have to miss a session. Access to a state of the art app will keep you on track by enabling you to complete homework assignments and communicate with Kristen when you're not in session.

After graduating from Columbia College of Chicago with a Bachelor's in Photography and working in the field for several years Kristen felt something was missing. Realizing her desire to help others in a more impactful manner the search for her second career began. She became a Certified Nursing Assistant and worked on a medical/oncology unit at Evanston Hospital. Deeply impacted by her experience, she decided to focus on preventative care by becoming a personal trainer.
Dedicated to her craft and continuing education, Kristen is capable of analyzing your movement patterns and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Kristen is an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer, TBMM-Corrective Exercise Specialist, PN-L2 Nutrition Coach, and IIN-Health Coach. This means she can effectively help you improve your health via exercise, nutrition, and behavior change with a well rounded personalized approach. Working with Kristen will help keep you focused and motivated on your path to improved physical fitness.
